		<description><![CDATA[I think that this is about more than just integrating with document composition products. As Customer Communications evolve I think that it is also going to be about integrating ECM messaging across a whole host of different types of communication creation products serving a range of channels.

It is quite early days at the moment for convergence between ECM (Forrester think 2010 will be the first real achievement of it)and Doc Comp apps and indeed the broader range of commuications technologies.]]></description>
